How do I rent a clubhouse or pool?

Clubhouse and Pool rentals are done through the HOA and keys are picked up / dropped off at the FAC. The HOA phone number is 713-332-4763 

Is the lap swimming pool open in the summer?

Yes! The lap swimming pool is open during the summer. Hours can be found Here

When is the FAC pool heated?

The FAC pool is set to 82F all year long, but the heater only kicks in if it gets below that temperature.

Who can become a member?

Anyone who lives in Fairfield can get a FOB and become a member. We do not offer membership to those outside of Fairfield
