Class meets Tuesday & Thursday’s at 7:00 PM and Saturday’s 9-10am the basketball gym at the Fairfield Athletic Club.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
