Before and After School Program

To ensure registration, please print and complete the following forms. Please also include the registration fee and return to the FAC Front Desk.

Registration/Supply fee is $90.00 for families with one child; $150.00 for families with 2 or more children. This fee is due at the time we receive your registration paperwork.
